Indian Wedding Photography
Your wedding day is the most important day in your life because it may never happen again in your life. No one ever thinks of or dreams of a second wedding day in life, just once and done with for life. Marriage is not just any dream it is the most expensive dream of your dream life. You invest lots of money, time, emotional feelings and if you fail you lose a lot which will effect you financially, physically, emotionally, and sexually.
For years you have images of your wedding day in your mind, unfortunately you can not snap your fingers and magically create the images in your mind but on your wedding day you do capture the moments to keep for life (well most of us do unless it's not a 'happy ending').
In the good old days people did not have the choices or options but to take photographs of the day and they didn't have many choices available apart from hiring a photographer. Once the images were taken they used to keep them in their living room, I am talking about wedding images hanging on the wall in Indian homes especially in small towns of India. That tradition has now almost disappeared.
Now in most Indian weddings i have seen many people taking photos of the couple thanks to mobile telephone cameras as every phone has a camera and video recorder. This has effected the photography industry; peoples no longer wish to hire photographers for weddings and instead they do it themselves, which of course they regret later as professionals will do the job better and you will not have second chance.
Peoples nowadays no longer wish to have printed images and no longer wish to have photo albums as no one will ever see them and they will just be kept in storage for years. Of course this is my opinion and i have been proven wrong by millions in the past as people still have photographers at their weddings.
Nowadays many photographers cover the wedding and will give you the images on the CD, this is better and costs less than printing. It is also more environmentally friendly as many people like to see the images on DVD; they can even display them on the home page of the computer to see the moment everyday and they are also able to upload the images on Facebook.
We used to have one photographer at weddings but nowadays you will see members of the family, friends and guests turn into professional photographers on the day. Thanks to mobile phone cameras your wedding images will be sent to world in no time, it will even be seen by others before you!
We used to have videos of weddings and it was considered as personal and would be seen by family and friends only but now DVD is available to the world as now you will find many wedding DVDs on YouTube.
The world changes everyday but the images of your wedding day will not, they will stay still for the rest of your life. This is only in my opinion and you may not agree with me.

Seek Revenge and Lose, Or Seek Forgiveness and Win
As human beings we are capable of losing our temper. When we lose our temper we do things which we shouldn't do and we say things we shouldn't say. There are times when we put our love and our promises in a safe deposit box. We come out from our lovers paradise and we lose our tempers. Sometime this can last hours, days, weeks, months and years, and often it can finally result in divorce.
Little issues should be dealt with at night, with fresh flowers and candles around you and with an apology on the same night. Consider these nights as honeymoon nights. If, however, you drag the problem on into the next day, then you are inviting trouble because it could last a few days, or it could take even longer.
Sometimes the little issues can turn big if you bring more people into your dispute, such as friends and family. Why add more when you should be reducing the differences? In some cases this can even lead to domestic violence, which is a very serious issue. If this ever happens, you should seek advice from advice from experts.
If one day you decide that you and your partner can no longer live together, and that you should divorce, then the first issue that will arise will be what to do about the children, if you have children? If there is no domestic violence, then you might have a chance to reunite. Perhaps you could take a break for a few weeks. If you miss each other, then you might be back on track, but if you don't, it would imply that it has come to an end.
During your married life you might have many secrets between the two of you. You will have lots of memories about the marriage too - good ones and bad ones.
Once you have your divorce, if you wish to continue with the issue of revenge then perhaps you should think again. You will only be asking for unnecessary problems, adding more issues as well as dragging out the old ones. Choosing to stay with all the old difficulties, rather than moving on, could have a serious implication on your new life. When you start thinking of legal fees and costs you might want to just forget it all. You will only lose. If you forgive each other, then you will both gain a lot.
Once the divorce is done, just send a card saying "You were so close to my heart. We have sweet memories to keep. Now we are divorced I'd like to thank you for keeping your distance from now on, and please delete the bad memories". If that works, that's great. If it doesn't work then please don't blame me because I'm not a legal adviser - I'm only sharing my opinion, and all I can say is - restart your life. Life is long. You should not walk alone. Find someone and get married.
Finally, I would not dare advise you to invite your ex to your wedding, but if you do, perhaps you will realize that you were right to seek forgiveness and to forgive. By doing so, you might have become a true winner... Good Luck.

Do You Have a Secret? Want to Share it With Someone?
Good marriages are made up of healthy components: love, honesty, commitment, understanding, forgiveness, mutual support, financial security, humour, sweetness... (the list could go on forever). If any unhealthy components enter into the mix - elements such as dishonesty or adultery - then it can be very bad news for the marriage.
Marriages are made in heaven and performed in public, yet most of the time they are destroyed in private. Extramarital relationships are a very common cause for the breakdown of marriages. Nobody can stop a person from doing what they want to do with their life, and I am not here to advise, nor to stop anyone in whatever they are doing. If you are conducting an extramarital affair, then regardless of whether or not you get caught, you are on your own. Perhaps you will be lucky - perhaps the umpire will call "No Ball" and you will be given another chance.
I'm not actually talking about cricket, of course, I'm talking about a game that is far more dangerous and risky than cricket: it is a game I call "Hide and Seek". If it is being played by both parties than it might not be such a big issue, but if it is being played by only one of you, then you are probably feeling very guilty because you have broken your marriage vows and spoiled a contract that was witnessed by all the attendants at your wedding reception.
There is a great deal that can be said about the mistakes people make in a marriage, but in this article I would like to focus on reminding you of the relationship you had before your marriage. Perhaps you have forgotten it by now, but if that is the case, I can guarantee that your partner has not forgotten it and will never forget it for the rest of his or her life. I cannot speak for everyone, but I can express my view that is quite possibly the very best of all the hundreds of Indian wedding service providers in London
The most important and special day of your life is your wedding day. You are the sole owner of your past and the sole owner of all memories of your past, so nobody should have the copyright to these but yourself. You could blow it all if you were to decide to share your secret memories with your new spouse on your wedding honeymoon.
This, in my opinion, could be the beginning of the end of the marriage. I severely doubt it would bring the closeness you may have anticipated, in fact it is possible that your partner might use your disclosure against you in the future, rather than simply being an impartial witness to your confession. If this happens, there may come a point when you will wonder why you didn't just share your secret with The Great Wall of China.
The one who was your best friend yesterday, could become your biggest enemy tomorrow. I cannot stress enough how important and valuable a good relationship is, so I shall say one thing: if you want to share your secret, and you can't make it to China, find another wall to share it with.
Why would you trust anyone with information about your past? Perhaps you are brave. Perhaps you are incredibly brave, but my free advice to you is that you don't have to be brave, in fact it is sometimes better not to be brave. I think it is far better to keep this sort of information buried deep. If this is what you decide to do, then good luck with it.
Of course, this may not be the case. Perhaps none of the above will happen, but it is important to be aware of the risks. I do believe that your past is your own and that it is something that you have the right to keep to yourself. There is no need to add the slightest trace of bitterness to the sweet taste of your marriage dish.

Looking for Perfect, Beautiful Bride or a Handsome Groom?
God has created a world, and human beings are the best creation amongst it all. We are all children of Adam, we may have different colours, shapes and sizes, but we are all human and interesting.
We have made the world in small pieces. The children of Adam is one world, yet we have different parts of that world, different cultures and different ways of life. Different festivals and different faiths, yet we are all individual. We all have different tastes, different thoughts, and in fact almost everything is different about us.
Every human is beautiful, as he or she is a creation of God. We all have some quality in us that we call a gift. Some are cool, some are hot, some are frozen, but we all have taste. We dislike things, respect ourselves, love and care for others.
There is no such thing as an ugly person, as every woman has a man, and every man has a woman. It is like a bridal dress displayed in the window. Hundreds of women will look at it and may not stop for a second glance, but one will love it instantly, and will buy it. Just as every dress needs a body, so does every bride have a groom.
When it comes to finding a bride, we look at many aspects of the person, including the look. If you only consider looks to be important, then you will regret later. When you look for a bride or groom, they spend time together for a long time before they agree to a proposal.
One can look for things like education, love of cooking, respect for others, faithfulness, communication, love of children, and understanding.
Weddings are based on a match. When you find the perfect match, then that is your perfect bride. When you find the man of your match then that is your handsome husband. Quality of looks are part of the requirement, but other qualities are important too
If you have a mismatch, and if it was based on looks, only then, once the marriage is over, will you know the other side of a person. And if you are not matched, then you will be in trouble for the rest of your life. Good marriages are based on good matches. And a better match is a better outcome for a better life, brighter future, good understanding and support for each other and for the children.
If you have a bad match, then there will be nothing but trouble, disagreements, revenge, war, external affairs, a second marriage, divorce and the life of your children will be hell.http://www.taibah.co.uk/
The moral of the story is simple. When looking for a match, look not just at the face and body. This handsome and loving groom with a 6 pack, may not have a 6 pack as time goes on, and may not be as handsome to you once you start discovering how much you disagree on things. Underneath the skin, people are beautiful. Look for that and you will be happy.
When it comes to quality, if everything else matches up, you have nothing to worry about. Hire a good bridal make up service on the net. Trust me, looks disappear once you switch off the lights on your bedroom. In the dark, even an old man is handsome as a teenager.

How Do You Propose a Divorce?
Introductions, meetings, going out on a date... love is a very common thing. These are the steps to reach your big day - by that I mean wedding day - once you have made a decision that this is the right one for you. You cannot live without each other, and would like to spend the rest of your life with them. But... this may be the worst and most wrong decision you have ever made.
In most arranged marriages, you have accepted your family's decision to marry a person and to keep the wealth in the family, or to continue family bonding. Or you marry a person with sympathy, and you choose to accept her/him as your wedding partner. This could be a wrong decision in your life.
Often two individuals will keep on fighting, or will keep on arguing with little things. They don't go out together, they don't enjoy wedding life together, they just keep needing to expose the wrongs in each other. Life is not a playground where light play-fights happen every day. If you have children then you are not setting up the best examples of life. They will loose faith in marriage. Your neighbors will have free entertainment and free fun. You will not have a normal life and it will effect your self and your self development. Above all, it can harm your health too.
You need to do some talking, not shouting. You need to set three stages for your marriage future status.
Number 1: live in the same house, but live like strangers.
Number two: move out and live somewhere else.
Finally, number 3: divorce.
If you have reached the final stage, and not other choice is available, then you should plan your divorce, once more by talking. Remember this is the only way for good separation. Like you have planned your wedding, you should plan your divorce. Use the same location for discussion. Once you have decided the final and worst day of the dream, then organize a little party. Celebrate your separation event. Make announcements on the day, and in front of everyone, go on your knees and propose a divorce. You will loose your wife, but by doing this, you will gain a friendship for life.
I wish it could be as easy as that for everyone.

Foster Care
What is fostering? When children are at risk (young single mother living alone with baby) on drugs, when a girl underage is abused by step father, or young mother doesn't want unborn new baby then local council social services will take the child in their care, once taken in care it could take two weeks or two years or twenty years depending on the situation.
Once taken in care, they need a family to look after the child. There are many independent agencies in the country they can place with or they could place the child with their in house foster carers.
Once been placed with the family, they will pay you FAT fees one child from 360-to 400 pounds per week per child, this is called allowance. If you have space for three children you could get up to £1000.00per week.
If you are looking after a child with special needs you could get up to £600 per week. If you are a foster carer for the agency then you likely to get more money because independent agencies charge the council up £900 per week "a day light robbery". Each agency has over 100 children in their care, you can Imagine how much money they are making from those unfortunate children. But this is ok because this is there business, as long as you get half of that you should be happy.
The requirements are simple, you must have an extra room or rooms in your house/flat. You must have time, be keen, healthy and go through assessments. You will have to provide information on all your matters. A CRB check is crucial.
Once presented to the panel, the panel will recommend a decision maker for your approval. You will be notified of your approval, the children age range and the numbers of children you will look after this process will take over six months.
When the council needs a placement for a child in your your area, they will call you first. As a carer you will get support of social worker who will visit once a month, you look after the children, take care of there welfare, education, needs and health.
You must give proper care, spend time with them, take them out to the park, MacDonald, cinema, zoo, even in weddings, educate them about measuring life, show them your wedding photo albums, if you take them in Indian wedding trust me they will love Indian food and they will have children friendly meals at the weddings. They will make new friends and do not forget to take Indian wedding photography for there life story album. When they will leave your family they will have a picture of your family.
This placement could last days, weeks or years. Its dependent on whether the children go back to their own family or adopted by another family.
For more details you must contact your local council.
Anyway, before I end this article you must remember one thing at all time, this is that you are looking after other peoples children, you can not love them like your own, one day they will go, you can not keep them forever, you are a carer only then the key word is.
You must love money more then other peoples children, this is a full time job, you will get plenty money without going out to work.

Travel Tips - Flight Over Booked?
When you are thinking of traveling abroad, the only means of transport is the airplane. We look forward to this day of traveling. If you travel less than others, then the joy of traveling is even more than that of your fellow passengers. If you are traveling with family or a person with disabilities or difficulties, or an unwell person, or if you are traveling for the purpose of a wedding or festival or visiting someone special, then make sure you don't miss your flight. You must get there on time and board the flight with good time to spare.
In some cases, if you are traveling alone or with someone, if your journey is important but getting there at a specific time or date is not so important and the day after will not make any difference, then I have an idea for how to get a free flight and free five-star accommodation.
When you book a flight, especially during a busy time of year or a busy time at your destination, if you have booked your flight well in advance, then your seats are very important. Basically you are holding a winning lottery ticket in your hand. Many airlines have incidents of overbooking. It could be that the connected flight is late and that the flight will arrive after the connecting flight has left. In this case they will need to accommodate the passenger from the late flight. In some cases the flight is booked with extra passengers from the booking office. Sometimes they have a passenger who is willing to pay a lot more than the value of the ticket, or in some cases the airline is looking for volunteers.
When you arrive at the departure airport, go to your airline customer services and ask them if the flight is full. If that is the case, negotiate deal or volunteer drop out award,if they are willing to offer then they will ask you to wait for check in. Just before the check-in counter closes, you will be asked to check in. Either they do not need your seat, or they will ask you to take the next flight to the destination. You will be awarded with another ticket to fly with-in the year. You will also be offered a five star hotel and food vouchers, and in some cases cash too. Every airline has a different policy. Some offer everything, some offer nothing. You have to make your own decision on the day. I am not an expert in this - I am only sharing my experience with you, as I have been offered these sorts of compensations many times in the past.

Catch Me If You Can - They Did, After Three Years
Back in 1990 when the property market fell, the bank base of interest was 23%. I was stuck with three properties. I had 30% of my money in each property, and 70% from a bank loan. The market would drop to 40% - lower than the basic market value. If I sold all three properties I would still have to pay back the bank loan, which I did not have. I had no choice but to walk away from all this. I rented a private home and returned all three property keys to the bank in sealed envelopes with a letter, but without my forwarding address. I knew they would lose money. "Catch me if you can", I thought. They would want to look for me. I had lost everything, but I was not the only one - everyone was going to be a loser.
My fear of getting caught gave me a hard time for three years. Then one day I got a visitor from the bank, and then a summons from the court. When they screened me I told them I had "F-all" for them and that they should drop the idea for bankruptcy. That, I thought, would be a wise decision because they would avoid further losses on their part.
All I had to do was to declare and submit that I had nothing - no assets, no income, three children, responsibility, a rental home, a second-hand car, non designer underwear, unpaid bills, and halal chicken and past. This was good enough for them and I did not see them again. Since then the sun began shining. The colours of happiness in my life grew to be king-sized.
Why did I run from my fear? Why did I not declare on the very day I returned the key? Why? Because I did not have the internet. I did not have an article directory. I did not have guidance.
Thank you for your visit.

Thinking of Killing Yourself on a Wedding Day? Then Good Luck
Life is not a challenge. It is not expensive, complicated or even difficult to live your life happily. But it is extremely difficult to die. Death is not an easy thing. I will be dead one day. Let's just hope it is not on a Sunday, because Sunday is normally the best day for me, as I do my orders for events, and I do not want to put my clients in a difficult situation due to my wanting to be given comfort and peace of mind. However, if you decide to kill yourself, then why not? Good luck if this is what you are planning. This is for those of who have this plan.
We humans think of ourselves first. We love our children, family, parents and food. We love our favorite ice cream and we love everything including our own life. But some of us don't care. They think killing themselves is the only solution to end problems and find an easy way out.
We cry for a few minutes for the "idiots" who killed themselves for nothing, or only small, little things such as a fight with a husband, boyfriend, girlfriend, lost business, lost property, lost cat, failing in exams, lost job, and cannot pay the repayments. You can have hundreds of reasons to kill yourself. Let me give you one example...
I was reading an article in a newspaper about a man who was living a beautiful life with his wife and two children. But he was suffering. Why? It was because he had lost his job and no longer had the luxury he used to. He could not give the best to his family and could not pay back money to the moneylenders. They were about to repossess his only home. Now, if you think that is a good excuse for killing yourself, then I'm sorry. You are a fool.
Instead of killing yourself for pasta, noodles or pizza with extra chili and pepper, just fact the facts and tell the lenders you can't pay. Sell your home, and if you can, and if you have enough dosh, by a smaller one. If the value of your home is less than the money you've borrowed, ask your lenders to get a court eviction. Once you have got that, go to your council. They will re-house you once your home is re-possessed.
Then the lender will be very unlikely to follow you around for the losses from the sale. If they do, tell them that you have "F-all" for them. If you have other assets then that is a different story. Let them have your assets, not your life. Lenders are good people. They had faith in you and trusted you to pay it back, and now they will help you when you need it. They do understand your situation too. They are only doing their job.
If you have a credit card, and if you can't pay, then tell them you can't pay. Or tell them what you can pay, and how much you can pay, and if you still can't pay the whole thing or if they refuse to accept your proposal, then let them have it their way. All they can do is take the matter to court and make you bankrupt. Does it make any difference?
Your council will accommodate you, or you can rent privately. You will get unemployment benefit with all the excess and resources from the government welfare system. Your rent will be paid from housing benefit. Remember there is light at the end of the tunnel. And there is always sunshine after heavy rain. When the problem hits you, you should be a rock. If you stand firm and face it, then you will destroy the wave. If you don't, you will be in grave danger. It is up to you. You decide.
It makes no difference if you don't attend the wedding which you were invited to, and if you kill yourself on the wedding day. The world will not stop for anyone. It goes on. Take my advice and drop the idea of ending your life. Just go to the wedding and enjoy the pakora, dhokia, khaman paani puri, and all the other kinds of bombay chaat. And I know you will have little problem. If you are in control of eating our product - which is full of gas, but who wants to know that since it is very tasty - you can eat as much as you want and enjoy it.
Finally a few words to remember. Never give up the fight. Fight for your life, your wife and your children. They will lose so much more if they lose you. Don't give up easily. Your family needs time. Start rebuilding your life. Look for opportunities. You will succeed one day. Ending life is your decision, but if you decide not to, then remember Taibah wedding services.
Please forgive me if you have had this experience and if you have lost a loved one this way. I have no intention of hurting your feelings, I am only concerned for those who need help in a difficult time.
Thank you for your visit.

How to Choose a Perfect Bride
Well, I have had only one opportunity in my life, and that was it. I never had to choose again. Thank god for that as choosing a bride is worse than choosing wallpaper that will match the rest of your deco in the room. Although choosing a bride or groom is not very different to that. Let me share my experience of life and tell you how I chose my bride 32 years ago.
Let me tell you how we choose our brides: love from childhood, school friends, first meetings in college, university friends, working together, neighbor, sister of a friend, arranged by the family... and you can add to the list.
When you choose your bride yourself what is it that you are looking for? It should be really be the other way round perhaps: are you the right person for the one you have chosen? Are you the other half of the marriage certificate? You know yourself very well, but does she know you? You may find the perfect bride, but are the feelings mutual?
One common connection is love. When you love someone you will not think of anything else. Look, does it matter? Many members of your family will not be happy with your decision. When you decided to marry the person you love, then if you can't decide if your decision is right, it is possible to take certain things into consideration, such as:
Faith. Are you a strong believer? If not then your choice of food? If you're not bothered about food then how about language? Does she speak your language..? Does she fit into your culture..? Did she have any short relationship before you..? Will she be there when you need her most..? In your health, sickness, happiness, sorrow..? In short, will she be a good wife?
Will she be faithful? Will she love you forever? Will she look after your children? Will she be caring? Will she be perfect as your bride? If your answer is yes, then what are you waiting for? Just book a venue and hire a good caterer, and leave the rest to best because God is great. Trust me this is the one... chosen for you by God. This is how I chose my bride, and this is the only way to choose your Perfect Bride... Boss... Good Luck!

National Wedding - International Foods
It was not long ago that Indian food was only served in Indian weddings, Chinese food served in Chinese weddings and English food served at English weddings. If we were invited to a wedding, we only had to think of the ethnic origin of the bride and groom to know what sort of food was going to be served. In many parts of the world this is still the case, and in many weddings in England this is still the case. But not exclusively so. Everyone would agree that it's important to serve food that the guests will enjoy, and also that it is nice when you can find caterers that are cost effective. That is the case the world over.
In England, however, something very special is happening. England is a very multi-cultural society. There are multi-faiths, multi-colours and multi-millionaires all living very close to each other. Somebody may come to visit England and decide to spend the rest of his or her life in this country because it is so diverse. And even if that person cannot get official status in the country, he or she might try to hide his or her identity or faith, just to stay in the country? Why? Because England, and London in particular, is a dream. London is a haven on earth. London is a little world and a unique place. In India you will find Indians, in China you will find Chinese people, but in England you will find all the world. You will find all the colours of the rainbow on your own street.
When we have events such as weddings, we want to invite those who are living nearby. You might want to invite your boss from work, who might be English, or your manager, who might be Chinese, or your neighbors, who might be African Caribbean, or your doctor, who might be Australian, or your solicitor, who might be Punjabi, or your business partner, who might Moroccan. My sons best friends are Pakistani, my daughters friends are from Turkey. The list can go on and on. Basically, you can have a guest list at your wedding that is truly multi-cultural. When you invite these people, do not expect them to be satisfied with just spicy chicken curry or spicy chicken tikka. They will be polite enough to eat these foods, but they might not be fully satisfied.
The solution is to have an international menu choice. There are a number of wedding caterers who are able to provide dishes from all over the globe. You can have Chinese noodles, Italian pasta and any dish you can think of, all served in a buffet style so that people can choose exactly what they want. They may not eat the spicy food, but they will enjoy looking at it and witnessing what other people are enjoying. So everyone is a winner. Choose a caterer who provides multiple food choices in the multicultural society that we all enjoy.

The Golden Age of Hollywood and Bollywood at an Indian Wedding
Hollywood and Bollywood have a lot in common, apart from just their names. They are both about glamour, romance, ideals, evocative music, sweeping emotions, fantastical story lines, handsome actors, beautiful leading ladies, stunning settings, larger-than-life characters, and of course dreams.
A wedding can be a little girl's dream from a very young age. Weddings, like movies, also require extraordinary amounts of organization and planning. Staging a wedding can be a little bit like shooting a film, except that film-shoots are allowed to take weeks or months, whereas a wedding is completed in a week or even a day.
So where am I going with this? Yes, you've guessed it - why not have a Hollywood or Bollywood theme at your wedding? Or, you could even have both. Indian people who have spent some time in Britain or America often have an equal fondness for Bollywood and Hollywood. Also, even though many British people who have grown up in Britain and have never spent time in India may not have watched many Bollywood films, they will probably be familiar with them. Bollywood has influenced western culture, just as western culture has influenced Bollywood, and both, I believe, are richer for it. Multiculturalism is a wonderful thing for a many reasons, just one of them being that it means that Indian people and British people both have an affinity with Hollywood and Bollywood.
So a wedding with both themes? Is that greedy? No, because a wedding is not just about the bride and groom, it is about the guests' enjoyment. So, is it generous? Absolutely. Is it difficult? That depends on your wedding planner.
A wedding should be given as much attention to detail and as much consideration of timing, as a stage production. When combining Bollywood and Hollywood it is important the two are not in competition, as it were. Hollywood and Bollywood are both extravagant, flamboyant and ostentatious, so the combination would have to be handled intelligently.
It is important to know that what works in the afternoon is different to what works in the evening. For a multicultural wedding, how about you work out how many guests are more familiar with Hollywood, and how many are more familiar with Bollywood. If the guests are predominantly Indian, it would make sense for the music and the mood to build up throughout the day, and to culminate in a spectacular Bollywood themed dance party. Hollywood, in this case, could be the main theme for the afternoon. How about having a pianist who plays songs from the golden age of Hollywood on an upright piano in the garden? How about choosing your favorite Hollywood and Bollywood film themes to be played during the dinner? After that, the guests will be perfectly primed for an absolutely joyous Bollywood themed evening.

Music at British Festivals and Indian Weddings
Indian weddings are huge celebrations involving music, bright colours, multiple feasts, staying up late and dancing. In many ways they are not unlike British music festivals. It might be a little far fetched to compare a wedding to Glastonbury, for example (we Indians like to think "the more the merrier", and to invite large number to our weddings, but 30,000, even by our standards, might be stretching it a bit), but in terms of the experiences of a festival-goer and an Indian Wedding-guest, I think there are definite similarities. Music festivals can last up to a week nowadays, and Indian weddings can sometimes last longer than a week. Indian weddings often take place in large tents, and sometimes the younger guests will sleep in tents.
But the biggest thing British Music festivals and Indian Weddings have in common, is music. Try to imagine Glastonbury or an Indian Wedding without music. Have you ever been to a party where the sound system fails for a moment? Did it feel someone had pressed the pause button on the whole party? And on a way to a large celebration of some sort, what is it that announces you have found the right place? Is it the smell of food or the sound of laughter? If it is a small dinner party, maybe, but if it is a large celebration, music is the first thing we hear. Music is the thing that signifies that the party has started, and when the music is turned off, we know that the party has ended for the night.
The music has to be appropriate to the occasion too. Vera Lynn might not go down too well at a death metal concert, nor would Rage Against the Machine be right at a ladies coffee morning. Extreme examples, of course, but there are more subtle ways in which the choice of music can be wrong. As with a performance, a film, a book or even a meal, pacing is of the utmost importance. In a film or play, the audience would not want to sit still for two hours or more, if the whole plot was given away in the first twenty minutes. Likewise with a novel. And a chef would certainly never serve his richest, heaviest and most filling dish as an entree. The heaviest and richest music should also not be served right at the start. Music needs to build up in intensity, so that the wedding guests or festival-goers can keep up their levels of both stamina and enjoyment for the whole evening or week.
Music festivals sometimes break this rule by having raucous bands play during afternoon slots. The only reason they do this, is practicality, I'm sure. They have to fit so many bands into as little as two days. However they do tend to save the more famous bands or musicians for the prime-time evening slots.
Weddings, happily are not about fitting as many bands in as possible. Weddings may not have the luxury of choice, but they have the luxury of simplicity and good pacing. So how do you choose the right music for the different stages of a wedding? Professional wedding planners have learned a lot through study, observation and experience. Ask your wedding planner what musicians or bands he or she would recommend for the different stages of the celebration. During the afternoon it is important that the music will be gentle and atmospheric so that it doesn't interfere with conversation, while still providing a mood of celebration. As people who work in the wedding business, we believe that Indian Weddings can benefit greatly from multi-culturalism, so we often suggest solo piano players or harpists playing western jazz or classical music for this part of the day.

Hollywood Live Music at a Bollywood Themed Wedding
HWhen you think of Hollywood, or of English weddings, you will probably think of music, and in particular, live music. The main purpose of the opening reception is to welcome guests and what could be better than to have a little soft, light music playing in the background of the all the conversation?
Music plays an important role in any wedding. In Indian weddings you may have seen live music played in the wedding venue by "Sittar" Gittar, or Shahnaee, Tabla, and Piano. This is normally at the entrance of the venue, and by the welcoming drinks area or the waiting loung. Or perhaps it is in the garden of paradise. If you remove the music from these places, think how boring the atmosphere would be. When you add music you turn the place into something royal, and maharajah style with a period theme.
Bollywood and Hollywood are no different from each other. They both serve entertainment. They both have one aim and one objective in common and that is fun entertainment.
Can you think of a wedding venue with both an English and an Asian theme? Asian Maharaja waiters with the paghdi (head wear) and traditionally dressed Indian girls welcoming you wearing saris and flowers in their hands. As well as this, How about famous Ms Anna Nell wearing traditional dress and makeup and playing music on the patio in the lounge, or on the lawn, or in the front garden. The cost of this would not be sky high. It may cost a little, but it would be worth it for the added atmosphere and magic it will bring to the occasion.
If you think that this is a wonderful idea, then you are not the only one. We think your guests, the grooms family, and the bride would be very happy. First impressions mean a great deal. If you have something special at the entrance, then your guests will have the feeling that they are going to keep experiencing something special throughout the whole day.

Indian Wedding Songs
An Indian wedding is a union of two individuals for life. It is a union of two families and a union of two communities. A wedding is a celebration, a festival, and above all it shines with all the colours of a rainbow.
Indian weddings in India are different than in Britain mainly due to the huge difference in the weather, space, facilities and availability of a support network.
Owing to the fact that an Indian wedding is not just a one day event there are several important aspects of the celebration. One of them is music; more specifically, traditional songs. An Indian wedding would not be a wedding without songs. In Britain Indians celebrate with music, mainly Bollywood songs played loudly on DVD. The type of song also varies depending on the event. For example, if it is 'Mehdi' (Henna), then songs will be related to henna. Whereas, if event is 'Sangeet' and dance then again the songs played will be in line with that.
In India, in 'Mehdi' approximately two hundred ladies and 50 children gather in the evening. Food will be served to every one including the male members of the house and once the meal is over the men will be asked to leave. Then a group of singers sing traditional wedding songs beginning with all kinds of songs with many lyrics which are very emotional and moving. Consequently, it is not uncommon for many women to cry. The way on which the singing is arranged is also significant; one person will lead then the remaining ladies will repeat the same line in a chorus.
This could go on for two hours then the young friends of the bride will perform a dance to Bollywood music for hours one after the other. Sometimes even men will enter in ladies costume; wearing saris and sitting at the back. This is the real fun of a wedding. Everyone enjoys the night, including the neighbours! No one complains about this even if it lasts until 3 in the morning. However, if this event takes place till late then your neighbours will be first one to give you hard time unless they have been fed well or unless they are sitting in your party too!
The joy of weddings; the fun and the real charm of the event, especially of Indian weddings is music. Without this it it isn't a wedding.

The joy of weddings; the fun and the real charm of the event, especially of Indian weddings is music. Without this it it isn't a wedding.

So You Think Business Is Easy - Good Luck
Business is a dream. We all want a business that would be guaranteed to be successful. Business is something that gives us a better life and a better future. When we think of business we see the bright side of it; we see the colours of rainbow, we see the big, black leather chair, personal office, secretary, meetings, appointments, travelling in style, five star holidays and a big, fat, bank balance. Power, position, decisions, respect; these are few of many more...but boss this is not easy, if you think it is easy then good luck!
Any business you wish to do requires many key factors in to considerations, such as; commitment, dedication, knowledge, experience, hard work, a support network, money, time, sacrifices, contacts, communication, skill, education, qualifications, back-up plans, business plans, budget, business proposals, forecasts, predictions, back-up loans or funds, insurance, accounting, finance management, knowledge of making, purchasing, storage, health and safety, policy and procedure, public liability insurance, vision, advertising, marketing strategy, sales skills, pricing, cost of production, level of profit, articulateness, honesty, registration of business, approval, inspection from authorities, customer service, complaints procedures, quality of product, security, risk assessment, stock, production, staff, transport, pension, wages, bills, bank loans, out goings, overdrafts...above all Luck, blessing, pray, mercy of God
The list can go on, but, if you are dedicated and sure of your business venture then these need not be an issue. The key factor of business is personal experience, profit, good management skills, quality of product/service and good customer service. The rest will come as it grows.
No business is guaranteed for life. The ups and downs are always part of business. The life of business is very unpredictable, some businesses are seasonal. Therefore, if you have one bad season then you have to rely on your business acumen and cut expenditure to survive until the next season.
Some businesses rely on public services, and those public services may be changes which in turn will affect your business. Some businesses will have too much competition which may have both positive and negative effects on your business.
The best businesses are new born businesses. When you have identified a need, if you can fill a niche, you will become a pioneer. In this circumstance you will enjoy a healthy profit. Many big businesses were very small and vulnerable once; even a strong, giant was a weak, fragile baby once upon a time.
One thing in business is risk. If you have invested all your money in a business and then you come into debt and have reached the end of your credit you may well have to close the business. Then you are in trouble. However, if you have the skill to get out 'clean' then you are still a winner. If you don't have an instinct for judging risk and perfect timing you are in trouble.
In any business if you are successful then you will gain, and likewise, if you lose then it is your pain.

Travelling Without Travel Insurance - Have a Safe Journey
Travelling abroad for a holiday is a dream for many of us. We plan our holidays years and months in advance. We save up money for the trip, we cut many corners, we cut expenses during the year, we find out all the necessary information about the hotel and research the surrounding area.
We purchase our clothing and our basic needs for hot weather, including sun cream, swimwear, sunglasses, sleepers, cameras, music, books, money, evening wear, hats, visas, valid passports and other travel documents and medication. On the day before the journey we consult our check list to make sure we have everything we need. When we reach the airport check-in desk we ask for a window seat. During the flight we go through everything again to see if we have not missed anything, then we can relax as now we have made sure we've got everything we need. Although, ironically, we don't have everything we need, we don't have travel insurance.
Why take out travel insurance? We're only going for a couple of weeks! What is going to happen in just two weeks? Why spend an additional £20 to £30 pounds on each ticket? Two weeks will go just like that in the sun, water and fun. But no! Mr H will not travel without travel insurance!
when we reach our destination, we're settled in our hotel, we will enjoy the food, the weather, swimming in the pool, the sea, the culture programs in the evening, dancing, snooker, large cinema screens, and on our second day we do the same thing again.
On our third day, we do same thing again. It is now more like a routine and we are kind of getting bored of doing the same thing. We will plan something different for the fourth day, something more adventurous, something unusual. How about a desert safari? Leaving early the next morning in the jeep. Have fun for half a day and return by lunch time. We plan the safari for the forth day and we pay the fees in advance.
So, on the fourth day, we wake up early, we dress in line with of trip; we put our sunglasses on, we take scarves as there may be a lot of sand so we can cover our faces. We have our breakfast early, we choose a light option as we may feel sick on the trip otherwise.
Mr H and family are ready and waiting for the safari jeep to arrive. Mr H and family are off on safari. Unfortunately, Mr H's jeep loses control on driving round a sharp bend in the road and the jeep is involved in an accident. Mr H doesn't know what has happened for months. His next of kin will leave the scene to join him in hospital. God help us, he has a serious head injury and they need to operate immediately. A week later he is discharged from the hospital and his insurance company pays the full price for the private medically-equipped plane to bring him back home. The total cost of the medical and transportation was just over £100,000.
This incident happened in 2008. Mr H is lucky to have survived. He survived because he had the best medical attention on time but above all he was able to pay for it because he had travel insurance. Can you afford to take travel insurance for your next holiday?

Kill Smoking Before Smoking Kills You!
We all love our lives more then anything else. We love to live for a long time and we love to stay healthy. And yet we often do things that would suggest the very opposite.
We wouldn't buy food products that explicitly tell us they are bad for health, and we even check expiry dates. Whenever we buy fruit or vegetables we make sure they have been packaged and presented properly, and that it is fresh, because eating them slightly rotten could have health implications.
When we buy medicine we always keep it in a safe place, and we make sure not to consume medicine that is out of date, as it could turn slightly poisonous. And of course if we ever buy poison from a shop, it won't be for ourselves, it'll be for ridding us of mice, rats or flies or other things that harm our comfort and sometimes our health.
We are rather a health concerned people. We do exercise, we love our food and we like nice clean plates. But then, once our food is finished... we light up a cigarette. We take one after another. Once we have finished a packet we go to where the cigarettes are kept in the house. We like to keep enough of them so that we won't run out. We carry them with us wherever we go. The packet is normally beautiful, and we usually ignore the "SMOKING KILLS" notice in large text on the front and back.
We claim to be an educated community. We claim to be clever people. We can read, and we can avoid most dangerous poisons... apart from this one. We actually enjoy this poison. It is our favorite poison. We know we may get cancer, yet we neglect the warning. The government would pay a lot of money for you on the NHS, and this could be the money you have paid the government as tax on your cigarettes all your life. So there may come a payback time.
One instant and very effective way of giving up smoking is the effect of a report confirming a cancer diagnosis. If we knew we had cancer we would probably stop instantly, but why wait for that day. Why not save your life now. If you love yourself, your family and your children more than cigarettes and tobacco, then the next fag you smoke should be your last fag ever.

Do Arranged Marriages Work?
Marriages that are arranged by someone else may not necessarily end in disaster but love marriages do not guarantee success either. However in love marriages you know only the good side of the other half and in arranged marriages you get to know both sides of your other half in the six months after the wedding. Success of marriage is not only based on love, there are many factors that support the success of marriages such as love, care, support, financial resources, ambition, love for children, support of the kids welfare, give and take, sacrifices, commitments, communication, nature, and above all satisfaction of sexual needs.
Do arranged marriages work? This is not a debatable and controversial issue. This is an issue which is dealt with and looked at from different angles in different parts of the world this may involve faith, culture, colour, languages, food, the list can go on...
We have seen in the past numbers of arranged marriages failed yet we have also witnessed large volumes of marriages which have been fine. Just because someone has got married by their own choice success will not be guaranteed. There are problems in every marriage which arise after some time; two individuals living together in the same house, same room, same bed, sharing almost everything will have some issues regardless of whether your marriage was a love marriage or arranged.
Do love marriages have a better chance of success? Well in love marriages you know a bit about your other half but that does not mean you know the person, you may know the good side of the person but may not have experienced the other side. You have seen the best of everything but you may not have seen the ugly side. This does not mean you had not seen or you missed the other side, in fact there might not be an ugly side, yet it is a risk and then you have no one to blame.
In arranged marriages you have not seen any side of the person. If you are lucky enough to have all you want in your partner then you are laughing all the way to bed! Or you will see the other side or should I say both sides of the person in six months then you will make a decision for rest of your married life.
In my opinion the majority of marriages in the world are arranged, when marriages are arranged they take many things into consideration: food, languages, culture, faith and a lot more. In love marriages it's no different than this. Have you ever come across couples who have NO common language?
Love starts at any time after 15 years of age. 'Let's go to the University of London, you will find girls going out with boyfriends at the weekends and evenings, you will find pairs of Indian boys and Indian girls, Chinese boys and Chinese girls, English boys and English girls and in some cases you will find mixed-race couples. Even in these relationships you will find many things in common like interests, food, culture and language. It is very unlikely that you will find Chinese girls with no English at all going out with Indian boys, or any other boys than Chinese. Why? The problem of communication is what we have to consider in an arranged match for life in love marriages taking everything including food and like dislike every thing in consideration called arranged marriages the only difference is that in a love marriage you have chosen yourself and in an arranged marriage someone has chosen for you.
Regardless of whether marriages are loved or arranged the most important thing is it works for life and it requires lots of understanding, care, support and help to each other and this required in both arranged or love marriages.
