Re; BMW society Uk Management meeting report In Briff


Our main purpose for this mail is Just to keep you in touch with society it's activity , purpose, and   share the information with you as bardolian ,  we would like to inform you that Management team meeting took place in NLMC , On saturday ,17th of September 2011 , at 6.30pm

amongs 20  attendance were members who had work very hard in month of Ramadan karim ,many others "Donation collecting points" members  could not come due to distance or the other family commitments.

we are happy to inform you that our collection in month of ramadan is doubled then all privius years , this was simply becouse you "community and Bardolian" has fund this society with open heart , our effort will not achive this figre if donors had not open thair arms and volet and hearts to support our society.so final decision for this huge collection the cradit goes to you and you guys only .Thank you

we had also discuss about our ,policy,new projects,membership,process of registration issues with charity commissions and policy for working abroad to meet and satisfied the registering and  monitoring authority.

we are also working to make our youth active to add more expertise,knowlage,power,resourses for the benifit for their own children in future to come,we are keen to  create BMW society for Bardolian  femlale group to add extra stranth ,unity,resourses ,we are also considerd to add bardolians who are not a member of this society, we will be sending membership forms to all those who are not a members to submit the application form with current membership for this year, I belive we can not demands for arrears of membership if bardolian has not been attending AGM in the past.

As BMW society is now  new organization according to charity commission and companey house , our membership is open to add all members from Bardoli.please do not miss out and please do not keep your self at distance from your community,join us now (New day New date )

Finally, i would like to Thank every one who has  worked,donate and preay for our society.
