OUR INVESTMENT PROJECT IN LEICESTER
 
Many profitable wise decision was made under the chairmanship of marhum moulana Ashraf saab hafesji and one them was for purchasing property for our Bardolian society, we had £30,000 balance from our membership saving. and we took Karze hasana from members another £34.000 then we purchesed our first residential property investment in Birmingham.  
Under the newchairmanship property in birmingham was sold for £73.000 and we purchased commercial property in lecister form the price we receved from the sale of Birmingham investment.
To day our investment worth more £175,000  and it is producing £6000 pn rental income , my last visit on 27th July to our permises i am very satisfied with the condition and improvement made by new tenant from Bharuch , the permises is  coffee cafe with sheesha , 
 This is result of our membership income. we still have to pay back some loan we took from members we need your help with lillah in this Ramadan. i would like to thank every one who has supported us in this project.
